Thank you for your assistance during this unannounced monitoring inspection. This on-site visit was conducted on October 29, 2019 from 11;45 a.m. through 1:10 p.m. There were seventeen children in the care of three staff in one classroom. No medication is being administered at this time. Five children's records were reviewed. Staff records will be reviewed at the Head Start Office at a later scheduled date.
Areas observed were: outside play, hand washing/bathroom procedures, lunch, oral hygiene, transition and nap. Interactions between the children and staff were observed as appropriate and the children seemed comfortable with their daily routine and schedule.
