A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on October 22, 2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. The inspection was initiated at 3:00 pm and concluded at 4:40 pm. Upon the inspector's arrival there were 38 children in care being supervised by three staff members. Children were finishing snack and having bathroom breaks. Today's snack consisted of mini bagels, cream cheese and carrots. Children later worked on homework and read books. Today's art project was making lava lamps out of water bottles. Staff interacted with children in a positive manner. All areas of the facility were inspected. The center was equipped with materials and supplies. The required posting were observed.
A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice

During the inspection, five children's records and the required on-site information for three staff were reviewed. The licensing inspector had previously reviewed additional staff information at the administrative office.

Evidence:
Child #6, with a diagnosed food allergy did not have an allergy care plan on file.Plan of Correction: Per the director: I will ask the parent for the allergy care plan for the child's record.
