Thank you for your assistance during this unannounced monitoring inspection. This on-site visit was conducted on November 1, 2019 from 10:15 a.m. through 12:00 p.m. There were fifteen children in the care of two staff in one classroom. No medication is being is being administered at this time.
Six children's records were reviewed. Staff records will be reviewed at the Head Start Office on a scheduled date.
Areas observed were: outside play, transition, hand washing/bathroom procedures, small group activities and educational centers. Interactions between the children and staff were observed as appropriate and the children seemed comfortable with their daily routine and schedule.
