Discussed with staff the timing of the lockdown drill and what information is required in an allergy care plan if a child was to enroll with a diagnosed allergy.
- Comments:

An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted today from 7:00am to 8:00am. Only SHSI requirements were reviewed today. Staff are aware of children's allergies and have an allergy list. At this time there are no children enrolled with diagnosed allergies, so there are no allergy care plans on site. The last lockdown drill was conducted 10/1/18. Staff report that no major injuries have occurred this year and are aware of the reporting requirement. Staff files were reviewed off-site at the Ron Rosner office building on 11/6/19 for the required Virginia Preservice Training, CPR and First Aid, orientation, and tuberculosis (TB) test. Staff files were in compliance.
