We discussed recommendations for additions to the injury notification procedures. Updated procedures will be reviewed with all staff.

The purpose of the inspection on September 26, 2019 was to investigate a self-reported complaint received on September 18, 2019. After completing interviews by phone and in person, viewing pertinent documentation, video of a September 16, 2019 incident, and related written policies and procedures, it was determined there were not any violations regarding injury notification, compliance with center policies and the care and protection of children.
