An announced complaint investigation was initiated on October 17, 2019 with local agency representatives in response to allegations received by the Division of forbidden actions. Based on staff interviews and documentation reviewed, the preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations. The complaint is determined to be "not valid".
