Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 7:15 a.m. - 8:15 a.m. There were 42 children in care being supervised by 3 staff members. The children were observed participating in structured center play. Ten children's records were reviewed and in compliance. Staff training and emergency contact forms were reviewed. There are reportedly no medications being administered to children in the program at this time. The most recent emergency escape drill was conducted 10/16/2019 and the most recent shelter in place drill was conducted 01/09/2019. Description: Based on observation of the program it was determined that not all children had a place to store their belongings. Evidence: The children's backpacks, jackets, and lunch boxes were placed on the floor of the cafeteria and not in an individual place for their belongings to be stored. The program is equipped with laundry baskets for the children to store their belongings however, they were not in use.

Plan of Correction: The laundry baskets will be used daily for children to store their belongings.
