An unannounced monitoring inspection was completed on 11/07/2019. There were 11 children, ages 2 years-5 years, and 3 staff present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed 5 children's record and 3 staff records during the inspection. The staff stated that medication is not being administered. Children were observed in the following activities: having breakfast, during free choice/center play, during learning time, in music and movement, going outside to play and during lunch. Proper hand washing and table sanitizing were also observed. The inspector reviewed the emergency supplies during the inspection. The inspector discussed subsidy requirements, restroom breaks and renovations to the basement with the staff.
