Comments:
The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced monitoring inspection on December 3, 2019 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. The children were observed arriving from school, working on homework, eating dinner, and completing various enrichment activities. There were 64 school age children present with 7 staff actively supervising. Dinner served today: baked spaghetti, salad, fruit, and milk. The facility does not administer medication. Ten children's files and five staff files were reviewed and are in compliance. One bus was reviewed. The last health inspection was conducted 11/7/2019. The last fire inspection was conducted 4/22/2019. Evacuation drills are to be conducted monthly. The last shelter in place drill was conducted 4/17/2019. Please conduct another drill soon. Description: Based on review of the emergency drill log, the facility failed to conduct an evacuation drill monthly. Evidence: there was no evacuation drill documented for June 2019 or September 2019.
