An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted with the director beginning at 11:15 AM and ending at 12:18 PM. There nine children, ages four and five years old, in care during the inspection. The children were observed preparing for lunch time. Handwashing procedures were observed and in compliance. The children were observed eating lunch brought from home. Five children's records were reviewed and in compliance. Two staff records were reviewed and in compliance. Two medications were reviewed and in compliance. The emergence evacuation drill log was reviewed and in compliance. The most recent emergency escape drill was documented as 11/12/2019. The most recent shelter-in-place drill was documented as 9/19/2019. The most recent health inspection was 5/31/2018. The most recent fire inspection was 7/25/2019.
