The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced complaint inspection in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing department on October 29, 2019 regarding supervision. The inspection was initiated on November 19, 2019. On November 19, 2019, the inspector was on site from 9:51am to 11:40am. Interviews with staff were completed, observations were made in the center, and documentation was reviewed. The inspector completed an additional interview on December 10, 2019.
The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. There are no violations resulting from this inspection.
