An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on December 4, 2019. The complainant reported concerns regarding supervision. A joint investigation was conducted with the local department of social services. Areas reviewed: Staffing and Supervision, Administration, Staff Qualifications & Training and Background Checks. Interviews were conducted with staff and other collateral witnesses and documentation was reviewed and obtained. There is not a preponderance of evidence to support the allegation, therefore the complaint has been determined to be Not Valid. There were no violations cited during this investigation.
