An announced non-mandated inspection was conducted today between 12:30 pm and 2:30 pm. The inspection was conducted of the physical plant for the New Infant Classroom. Standard #: 63.2(17)-1720.1-B-3 Description: Based on a review of staff records and interview with administrative staff, the center failed to obtain a copy of the results of a serach of the child abuse and neglect registry or equivalent registry maintained by any other state in which the individual has resided during the last 5 years. Plan of Correction: I will have staff member complete form and I will submit it.
