A modification inspection was conducted with center administrator on December 11, 2019 due to a change of location. All spaces to be used by the children were measured and inspected. Based on a review of the certificate of occupancy and the measurements taken during the inspection, a capacity of 82 children can be accommodated. The outdoor space for the facility was measured, and will only allow for 20 children to be present on the grass area and for 54 children on the blacktop area at any one time. The health inspection was conducted 12/13/2019. The fire inspection was conducted 11/26/2019 - please submit a copy of the inspection when it is received.
