A complaint investigation was begun at the facility on 11/1/2019 in response to a complaint received in the licensing office on 10/28/20019. The complainant alleged
inadequate supervision resulting in a child injury. Insufficient evidence was gathered through staff interviews to determine the complaint to be valid.
