A complaint was received by the Division of Licensing Programs on 11/7/19 regarding forbidden action of roughly handling a child on the morning of 11/6/19.
An unannounced complaint inspection was made at the facility on 12/6/19. A video of the staff in question supervising the children and location of the alleged event was viewed for the time that the reported alleged incident would have occurred. Staff were also interviewed. Based on this investigation, there were no violations related to forbidden actions related to the alleged incident.
