This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documentation review, interviews and a virtual tour of the home.
A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was initiated on February 18, 2022 and concluded on February 25, 2022. There were 2 children present with 1 caregiver( supervising. A monitoring inspection was also conducted on this date.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Standard #: 8VAC20-790-190-A Description: Based on documentation review, the provider failed to have documentation of immunizations for one child in care.
Evidence:
1. Two children records were reviewed.
2. Child #2 did not have documentation of immunizations.
3. The provider confirmed she did not have documentation of immunizations for Child #2.Plan of Correction: I will request documentation of immunizations from the parent.
