An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 1/14/20 from 10:10 am until 2:00 pm at Valley Health Child Care Center to review the licensing standards. At the time of the inspection 102 children were present with 26 staff present. The sample size consisted of 11 children's records, 10 staff's records, two children's medications and two children's diaper ointments. Children and staff were observed during free indoor play, diapering, art activities, clean-up, hand washing, lunch preparations, lunch, lunch clean-up, nap, transitions and behavioral guidance. The violations from the previous inspection were reviewed for current compliance. There were no violations found during this inspection.
