An unannounced Monitoring Inspection was conducted on January 22, 2020 from approximately 12:00 pm to approximately 2:30 pm. Upon arrival there were 122 children present with 20 staff. There were additional staff on site for administrative and program support. The infants were observed playing freely, eating and during diaper changes. Children were also observed eating lunch, preparing for and during their afternoon nap. The sample size of records reviewed included 10 children's records and 6 staff records. Six medications were reviewed as a part of the inspection. There were no violations cited during this inspection. The results of the inspection were reviewed during the exit interview with the center director.
