An announced complaint inspection was conducted today to investigate the allegation of inappropriate discipline that was received on December 12, 2019, initiated and concluded on December 13, 2019. The investigation included onsite interviews with staff and review of documentation. The information gathered does not support the allegation, therefore, the complaint is not valid. There were not any other violations identified during the investigation.
