An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 01/28/2020 from 12:45 pm - 2:10 pm. A monitoring inspection was concurrently conducted as this facility is a licensed child day center. At the time of entrance there were 23 children in care with three staff. Two administrative staff were also present. Children were observed during nap and the ages in care ranged from two years - five years.
Records were reviewed for two staff and six children.
