Subsidy inspection was conducted on 3/10/2022. Present with the vendor were four children that were playing. Two children's records were reviewed. Vendor provided all household information with application.
Information gathered during the inspections determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issues to the program.

Standard #: 22VAC40-665-410-A-1 Description: Based on review of emergency procedures and interview with vendor, the home failed to maintain a record of the dates of the emergency response practice drills for one year.
Evidence:
1. No written log was observed in the home listing dates of emergency response drills being conducted on a monthly basis.
2. Vendor confirmed during the interview that emergency drills were not practiced on a monthly basis.Plan of Correction: Vendor will practice and document emergency response drills in the home and keep a yearly log.
