An unannounced inspection conducted on December 12, 2019 from 11:01 AM to 4:15 PM and an announced inspection conducted from January 10, 2020 from 1:45 PM to 4:15 PM was for the purpose of investigating a self-reported concern on December 9, 2019 with additional concerns received on December 27, 2019 regarding behavior management and daily routines. After completing interviews on December 9, 10, 12, 31, 2019 and January 10, and 23, 2020, a review of pertinent documents, video, records, center policies and procedures, and observations of the care of children, it was determined that the alleged complaint issues were not valid and there were not any violations with minimum standards.
