A scheduled modification study was conducted on Tuesday, January 28, 2020 from approximately 8:28 AM until 8:50 AM. The Department received a request to modify the facility?s license on January 13, 2020. The licensee has requested to change the age range from 0 years 6 months through 12 years 11 months to 0 years 1 month through 12 years 11 months. All areas of the center were inspected. The areas have the required equipment and supplies and age appropriate materials for the anticipated number of children in care.
