A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on February 19, 2020 from approximately 6:55 am-8:30 am to review supplemental health and safety requirements.
Three staff were present with 16 children at the onset of inspection. Additional children arrived during inspection. Five children's were reviewed. Two medications were reviewed.
A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. There were no violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements.
