An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on February 19, 2020 from approximately 6:55 am to 8:30 am. Three staff were present with 16 children at the onset of inspection. Additional children arrived during inspection. Five children's records were reviewed. Two medications were reviewed. Licensing Inspector reviewed: injury report documentation, required postings, administration, staff training, emergency procedures and supplies and equipment, supervision and the physical plant.

Standard #: 22VAC40-80-120-E-2 Description: Based on observation and staff interview, the licensee did not ensure that the findings of the most recent inspection of the facility were posted.
Evidence: The Supervisor confirmed that the findings of the inspection conducted on September 27, 2019 were not posted in the center. The findings of an inspection conducted on June 3, 2019 were posted on the licensing board.Plan of Correction: The Center Supervisor will ensure the most recent inspection findings are posted and available.
