Description: Based on review of attendance record and staff interview it was determined that attendance is not always documented correctly. Evidence: Staff report that children are marked present upon arrival into the program, however the attendance is not updated after children have been picked up from the program. Upon arrival at the facility the LI (licensing inspector) reviewed the attendance record which indicated that there were 47 children in care however, there were actually 21 children in care.

Plan of Correction: Administration will keep an accurate attendance record daily.
