An announced initial inspection was conducted on March 4, 2020 with center owner to determine compliance with licensing standards. The facility plans to provide care to children two years old to four years old. Measurements of the facility were made to determine the capacity of 53 children. Classrooms are equipped with a variety of age appropriate equipment and supplies including materials for gross motor, art, literacy, and dramatic play. Five staff files were reviewed - please see Supplemental Summary for details. Two staff have documentation of Medication Administration Training and daily health observation. All staff have documentation of first aid and CPR certification. Policies and procedures were reviewed. A conditional (6 month) license will be recommended. An unannounced follow up inspection will be conducted within 60 days to determine compliance with standards not determined at the initial inspection.
