The inspector conducted an unannounced non-mandated inspection from 1:45 until 2:45. There were two children in care who were napping. Two staff were present. Five children's records were reviewed and four staff records were reviewed. Violations are identified on the violation notice. Renewal application requirements were reviewed. Evidence:
1 The inspector reviewed four staff records. Staff #1, #3 and #4 did not have fingerprints in the file.Plan of Correction: Fingerprints will be completed.
