Technical assistance was provided on the areas of playground safety, building maintenance, hazardous substances and program lead qualifications.

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from approximately 12:30 pm to 3:15 pm. At the time of entrance, 32 children were in direct care of 6 staff members. Ratios were in compliance. Staff and children were observed transitioning from lunch to nap, bathroom break and nap. The site was clean, organized and contained a varied supply of developmentally appropriate materials. A selection of staff and children records, the physical space, emergency supplies, evacuation drills, attendance records, required posted documents and the Emergency Preparedness Plan were reviewed. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the violation notice.
