An unannounced complaint investigation was initiated on March 2, 2020 with local agency representative and continued on March 4, 2020 and March 6, 2020 in response to allegations received by the Division on 2/27/2020 regarding discipline. Based on staff interviews, documentation reviewed, and interviews with children, the preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations.
