An announced Subsidy Health and Safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted on Thursday, February 13, 2020 to review supplemental health and safety requirements related to staff records. The inspector arrived at 9:00 AM and concluded the inspection at 1:20 PM. Seven staff files were reviewed.
A member of management was available for the inspection and was present at the exit interview at which time inspection findings were reviewed and an Acknowledgement of Inspection form was signed and left with the licensee.
A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No Violations were found during the SHSI supplemental inspection.
