The unannounced inspections conducted on February 13, 2020 from 9:55 AM to 11:58 AM and on March 5, 2020 from 9:37 AM to 10:39 AM was for the purpose of investigating a complaint regarding behavior guidance, and physical punishment, that was received on February 12, 2020. During a careful review of the facts based on interviews conducted on February 12, 2020, February 25, 2020 and March 5, 2020, a review of pertinent center records and photographs, and observations of the classroom, it was determined that the complaint was not valid. There were no violations with minimum standards as a result of this investigation. Thank you for your cooperation.
