This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
A monitoring focused inspection was initiated on 05/18/2020 and concluded on 05/18/2020 in response to an Intensive Plan of Correction (IPOC) presented to the facility on 03/18/2020 and completed/accepted on 03/31/2020. The licensing inspector reviewed two children's records and one staff record. No violations of the licensing standards were cited during this inspection.
