Standard #: 22VAC40-185-240-D-5 Description: Based on record review and interview, there is not at least one staff on duty who has obtained within the last three years instruction in performing a daily health observation of children.
Evidence: The staff information sheet submitted by the program director states that there are no staff within the program that have completed the required Daily Health Observation training. The program director has stated that she wasn't aware that anyone needed to complete a Daily Health Training.Plan of Correction: I will make sure that I get the training done and maybe a few other staff as well.
