The licensing inspector conducted an announced monitoring inspection in response to a self-report regarding an allegation of a forbidden action, that was received by the licensing department on 7/14/2020. The inspection was initiated and completed on 7/20/2020. On 7/20/2020, the inspector was on site from approximately 09:30 AM to 12:30 PM. Interviews with staff were completed, video surveillance footage was reviewed, observations were made at the center and documentation was examined. The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the self-report was determined to be not valid. There were no violations resulting from this inspection. Results of this inspection were emailed to the administration on 07/22/2020.
