An unannounced complaint investigation was conducted on 3/10/2020 from 2:00pm to 4:00pm, in response to a complaint that was received by the Fairfax licensing office on 2/28/2020, regarding programs and supervision. Based upon interviews, records reviewed and observations made, the preponderance of evidence gathered during this investigation does not support the allegation. The complaint is determined to be not valid; however, there is a non-related violation identified on the Violation Notice. Date to be corrected: When parents return back to school.
