An announced initial inspection was conducted on 08/20/2020 in order to measure and review all indoor areas available to children. The inspector additionally reviewed all of the outdoor areas as well as emergency supplies.
Written policies and staff records were previously submitted.
The following areas of CDC standards could not be determined as the facility is not operational and there are no children in care:
Staffing & Supervision, Children's records, Program and Activities and Medication.
The inspector has reviewed COVID-19 Essential Guidance for Child Care Programs.
