Standard #: 22VAC40-191-40-D-1-A Description: Based on file review, 2 out of 3 staff records did not have a search of the central registry (SCR) completed within 30 days of employment.
Evidence
1. Staff #1 and #2 began employment in March 2020 and February 2020, respectively. They did not have completed SCR on file.Plan of Correction: The Director had sent these to be completed when they were hired, but had not followed up with the department after 30 days. After the LI discussed this, the director contacted the agency and was able to obtain the SCRs on August 19th.
