A complaint investigation was conducted regarding an allegation related to preventing the spread of disease and care, protection, and guidance. This investigation was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia. The investigation was initiated on July 22, 2020. Interviews were conducted on July 22 and July 23. Three staff record, one child?s record, and documentation was reviewed. There were no violations were issued as a result of this inspection due to insufficient corroborating evidence to substantiate the allegations.
