An investigation was initiated on 09/25/2020 from 10:30 am - 12:00 pm to investigate a complaint regarding parental notification of minor injuries. Interviews were conducted, documentation and children's records were reviewed. The complaint regarding parental notification of minor injuries was determined to be not valid.
