This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
An announced modification inspection was initiated on 11/18/20 and concluded on 12/2/20 in response to a request to increase the center's capacity and begin using a new building on site. A virtual inspection was completed with the director and the new building's occupancy, fire inspection, health inspection, floor plan, and proof of liability insurance were reviewed. At this time, the licensing inspector recommends approving the modification request.
