This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
Health and Safety inspection was conducted review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 15 children in care with four staff. Children present ranged in age from four months to four years old. Children were observed in teacher and self-directed activities.
A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice.

Standard #: 22VAC40-665-500-F Description: Based on observation and interview the vendor failed to maintain, in a way that is accessible to all staff who work with children, a current written list of all children's allergies, sensitivities, and dietary restrictions. This list shall be dated and kept confidential in each room or area where children are present.
Evidence:
When asked to view the posted "allergy" list staff 1 and 2 were unable to demonstrate the list was posted in each classroom where children with allergies, sensitivities or intolerances are present for care.Plan of Correction: An "allergy" will be dated and confidentially maintained in each classroom applicable.
