The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced remote inspection on December 15, 2020 in response to a self-reported incident that the Department received in October 21, 2020 regarding programs. The licensing inspector conducted Interviews with staff and collateral contacts, and reviewed documentation. There was not a preponderance of evidence gathered, therefore the allegation was determined not valid. There are no violations resulting from this inspection.
