This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia. The provider was contacted by telephone (video call) to initiate the inspection.
Thank you for the time and assistance with the unannounced focused monitoring inspection that was conducted today, March 4, 2021. The inspection was related to violations cited during the inspections held on May 02, 2019, December 02, 2019 and November 18, 2020. There were 112 children present in nine classrooms and in the care of 15 staff members with two additional staff members available to assist if necessary. Five staff records were reviewed and classrooms were virtually observed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined there were no violations with applicable standard or law.
