This inspection was completed based on a review of Licensing information, staff information and a review of administrative documents.
The licensed program has been closed since March, 2020 in response to the COVID19 national health emergency. When a re-opening date is confirmed, that information will be forwarded to the Licensing Inspector.

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
A monitoring inspection was initiated and concluded on 4/23/2021. The director was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were 0 children present and 0 staff. The inspector emailed the director a list of items required to complete the inspection.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
The Licensing Inspector has reviewed with the provider COVID-19 Essential Guidance for Child Care programs.
