An initial subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was conducted on 8/30/22 from 9:40am until 11:00am. A Voluntary Registration renewal inspection was conducted on the same date. There was 1 child in care with the provider for a total of 3 points. All applicable subsidy requirements were reviewed with the vendor. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
