Clear documentation related to orientation topics was discussed and clarification was given for the standards related to food brought from home.

alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
A monitoring inspection was initiated on May 17, 2021 and concluded on May 17, 2021. The Child Care Director was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were 26 children present and 3 staff during the morning program. The inspector emailed the Child Care Director a list of items required to complete the inspection. The Inspector reviewed 3 children's records and 3 staff records submitted by the facility to ensure documentation was complete. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
The Licensing Inspector has reviewed with the provider COVID-19 Essential Guidance for Child Care programs.
