A complaint was received on July 30, 2020 concerning a disqualifying background check finding. The complaint investigation was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia. After completion of pertinent interviews, and a review of pertinent documentation, there was not sufficient evidence resulting in related violations. The complaint was determined not valid. There were no violations resulting from this investigation.
