This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program. A complaint inspection was initiated and concluded on August 2, 2021.
The complaint investigation was in response to concerns regarding a child having an unexplained injury at school. Careful interviews were conducted. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations, so the complaint is determined to be not valid. No other non-complaint related violations were observed.
